Certain features may be added, modified, temporarily suspended, or permanently discontinued without prior notice whenever necessary for technical, operational, legal, or security reasons.

Eligibility

StuKit is an all-in-one productivity application designed to simplify everyday digital tasks directly from your mobile device.
Depending on the version of the application and the features available at the time of use, StuKit may provide services including, but not limited to:
- PDF creation, editing, compression, merging, splitting, locking, unlocking, and conversion.
- Image editing, enhancement, resizing, cropping, compression, background removal, and format conversion.
- OCR (Optical Character Recognition) for extracting text from supported images and documents.
- Text utilities such as word counting, case conversion, text cleaning, removal of unnecessary spaces, and similar formatting tools.
- QR Code and Barcode generation.
- Password generation and utility tools.
- Local file management, export management, and recent file history.
- Premium features available through paid subscription plans.
- AI-assisted tools and cloud-based processing where applicable.
- Additional utilities and services introduced through future updates.
The availability of any particular feature may vary depending on your device compatibility, Android version, hardware capability, regional restrictions, internet connectivity, subscription status, and future development of the application.
StuKit does not guarantee that every feature will be available on every device or in every region.
User Account and Authentication
Some features of StuKit may be available without requiring an account, while others may require users to sign in using supported authentication methods.
Where account authentication is required, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur through your account.

User Responsibilities
By using StuKit, you agree to use the application responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.
You are solely responsible for all files, documents, images, and other content that you upload, process, convert, edit, generate, store, or share using the application.
You agree that you will not:

- Upload malicious software, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any harmful code.
- Use StuKit to infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights.

- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to obtain the source code of StuKit except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

- Attempt to bypass usage limits, premium restrictions, advertisements, licensing systems, or security mechanisms.
- Use the application for illegal, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or harmful activities.
You remain fully responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use any files processed through StuKit.
Ownership of Your Content
All files and content processed using StuKit remain the property of their respective owners.
StuKit does not claim ownership of your documents, images, PDFs, text, or any other files that you upload or process through the application.
You retain all ownership rights to your content before, during, and after processing.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of important files. While StuKit strives to provide reliable processing, users should not rely on the application as the sole storage location for valuable or irreplaceable data.
StuKit shall not be responsible for the accidental loss, corruption, or deletion of user files resulting from device issues, unsupported formats, user actions, operating system limitations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
File Processing
StuKit is designed to process your files in order to perform the actions requested by you. Depending on the selected tool, processing may occur directly on your device, through secure cloud-based infrastructure, or by using trusted third-party technologies integrated into the application.
The method of processing depends on the specific feature being used and may change as the application evolves. Certain advanced features may require an active internet connection to complete the requested operation.
Processing time may vary depending on several factors, including the size of the file, file format, device performance, available storage, network quality, server availability, and overall system load.
Although StuKit is designed to provide reliable results, successful processing of every file cannot be guaranteed. Files that are corrupted, incomplete, damaged, encrypted, password-protected, unsupported, or improperly formatted may fail to process or may produce unexpected results.
Users are advised to maintain backup copies of important files before using any processing feature available within the application.
PDF Tools
StuKit provides a variety of PDF-related tools intended to simplify document management and improve productivity.
These tools may include PDF creation, merging, splitting, compression, password protection, password removal where authorized, page extraction, page rotation, page organization, conversion between PDF and other supported formats, document optimization, watermark management, and additional PDF features introduced in future updates.
The successful operation of these tools depends on the structure and condition of the uploaded document.
Certain PDF files created using specialized software or protected by advanced security mechanisms may not support every available operation.
Password removal features should only be used on PDF documents that you personally own or for which you have received proper authorization.
You agree not to use StuKit to bypass document security, copyright protection, licensing restrictions, or any other legal protections applied to digital documents.
Image Tools
StuKit offers a comprehensive collection of image editing and optimization tools intended to improve image quality and simplify image management.
Available tools may include image compression, resizing, cropping, format conversion, enhancement, background removal, watermark management, image optimization, quality adjustment, resolution changes, and additional editing features added through future updates.
The quality of processed images depends on various factors including the original image quality, resolution, lighting conditions, compression level, and the selected processing options.
Certain editing operations may permanently modify an image if the processed file replaces the original version. Users are encouraged to verify exported files before deleting the original images.
StuKit does not guarantee that every image will achieve the desired visual quality after processing, as results may vary based on the characteristics of the original file.
OCR Services
StuKit may include Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology that enables users to extract text from supported images, scanned documents, screenshots, and PDF files.
OCR technology is designed to recognize printed text and, where supported, certain handwritten content. However, recognition accuracy depends on multiple factors including image clarity, document quality, language, font style, handwriting, page orientation, lighting conditions, resolution, and background noise.
Because OCR is an automated recognition technology, extracted text may contain errors, omissions, formatting inconsistencies, or incorrect character recognition.
Users should carefully review and verify all extracted content before relying on it for educational, professional, legal, financial, or official purposes.
StuKit shall not be responsible for any consequences resulting from inaccurate OCR output.
AI and Automated Features
Certain features available within StuKit may use artificial intelligence, machine learning models, or other automated technologies to assist with image enhancement, background removal, text recognition, content generation, document processing, or future intelligent features.
The output generated by AI-assisted tools is automatically produced based on the information provided by the user and available processing models.
While every effort is made to provide useful and accurate results, AI-generated output may occasionally contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, unexpected artifacts, incomplete information, or results that differ from user expectations.
Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any AI-generated output before using, publishing, printing, sharing, or relying upon it.
StuKit does not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be accurate, complete, suitable, or free from errors.
Supported File Formats
StuKit supports a wide range of commonly used document and image formats.
The list of supported formats may change from time to time as new features are introduced or existing technologies are updated.
Not every format is supported by every tool.
Some files may fail to process due to unsupported encoding, damaged file structures, encryption, proprietary formatting, software compatibility limitations, or other technical restrictions.
Users are encouraged to verify compatibility before relying on any specific processing feature.
Local Storage and File Management
StuKit stores processed files in locations selected by the application or chosen by the user, depending on Android version and available system permissions.
The application may maintain a list of recently processed files to improve user experience and simplify access to previous work.
Deleting the application, clearing application data, uninstalling the app, resetting the device, or manually deleting exported files may permanently remove locally stored content.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining backups of important files.
StuKit cannot recover files that have been permanently deleted from the user's device.
Device Permissions
Certain features require access to specific device permissions in order to function correctly.
Depending on the tools being used, StuKit may request permission to access:
- Photos and media
- Documents and files
- Device storage
- Camera
- Notifications
- Internet connectivity
Permissions are requested only when required for a particular feature.
Users may decline or revoke permissions at any time through their device settings. However, doing so may prevent certain features from functioning as intended.
Camera Access
When using scanning or image capture features, StuKit may request permission to access your device's camera.
Camera access is used solely to capture images or documents requested by the user.
StuKit does not access the camera without user interaction or permission.
Users remain responsible for ensuring that captured documents comply with applicable laws and do not infringe upon the rights or privacy of others.
Internet Connectivity
Many core features of StuKit operate without requiring a continuous internet connection. However, certain advanced features, AI-assisted services, cloud processing, premium verification, advertisements, software updates, and online integrations require an active internet connection.
The availability and performance of online services depend upon your network provider, device configuration, third-party infrastructure, and server availability.
StuKit shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, failed requests, or incomplete processing caused by poor network conditions, internet outages, maintenance activities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Payments and Billing
All purchases made within StuKit are processed through the official payment platform provided by the respective application store, such as Google Play.
Subscription pricing, billing cycles, available plans, promotional offers, and renewal terms are displayed before a purchase is completed.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable app store to charge the selected payment method according to its billing policies.
StuKit does not collect, process, or store your payment card details or financial information. All payment transactions are securely handled by the authorized payment provider.
Subscription management, cancellation, renewal preferences, refunds, and payment-related issues are governed by the policies of the respective app store through which the purchase was made.
Free Usage and Feature Limits
Certain features within StuKit may be subject to usage limitations in the free version of the application.
These limitations may include daily processing limits, feature restrictions, advertisement-based access, waiting periods, processing quotas, file size limitations, or other reasonable restrictions designed to ensure fair usage of the services.
StuKit reserves the right to modify, increase, decrease, or remove usage limits at any time without prior notice.
Repeated attempts to bypass these limits through unauthorized methods may result in temporary or permanent restriction of access.
Advertisements
The free version of StuKit may display advertisements to support the continued development and maintenance of the application.
Some features may require users to watch a rewarded advertisement before access is granted.
Reward availability depends upon successful completion of the advertisement and confirmation received from the advertising network.
StuKit does not guarantee that rewarded advertisements will always be available for every user, device, region, or session.
Advertisement availability may vary depending on inventory, device compatibility, internet connectivity, advertising policies, and third-party advertising partners.
Users must not attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or fraudulently generate advertisement impressions, clicks, or rewards.

Disclaimer of Warranties
StuKit is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
While reasonable efforts are made to provide reliable, secure, and efficient services, StuKit makes no express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, compatibility with every device, uninterrupted functionality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from technical errors.
Results produced by the application, including AI-assisted outputs, OCR recognition, file conversions, image processing, and document editing, may vary depending upon the quality of user-provided content, device capabilities, software limitations, and external services.
Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of all processed content before relying upon it.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StuKit, its developers, affiliates, employees, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the application.
This limitation includes, but is not limited to, loss of files, data corruption, processing failures, business interruption, loss of revenue, device malfunction, software conflicts, security incidents, network interruptions, inaccurate processing results, AI-generated errors, OCR inaccuracies, or any other damages resulting from the use of the application.
Users acknowledge that the use of StuKit is entirely at their own discretion and risk.
Suspension and Termination
StuKit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to the application or specific features without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
Such action may be taken if a user violates these Terms, attempts unauthorized access, abuses Premium services, engages in fraudulent activities, infringes intellectual property rights, interferes with application security, or otherwise uses StuKit in a manner that may harm the application, its users, or its infrastructure.
Termination of access does not relieve users of obligations that arose prior to termination.
Changes to the Application
StuKit is continuously developed and improved.
We reserve the right to introduce new features, discontinue existing functionality, redesign the interface, modify processing methods, revise subscription plans, update supported file formats, adjust feature availability, improve security measures, or otherwise change the application at any time.
Where reasonably practicable, significant changes may be communicated through application updates or official announcements.

Severability

Entire Agreement
